Finally Decoded?,...Ministry budgets Ghc800k for website; Ghc500k for a 4-wheel drive,...?
the estimate presented by the finance minister in Appendix 4 of the budget statement the figures are the same , so if we were to accept that indeed the figures were Ghc80,000 , what it means is that it's not an error that occurred when the document was sent to the floor of parliament,..that's my preliminary comment,...

Once we established that we must look at process of budget preparation, ...the ministry will prepare it's budget, they've their own way of sanitizing their budget where they meet sometimes outside the confines of the ministry,..thereafter, the budget is submitted to the ministry of finance,..When it's submitted to the ministry of finance we've what we call budget hearing,...where a particular ministry in question will go and defend the budget that they've submitted ,this will move to economic management team, it will go to cabinet, from cabinet it comes back to to finance ministry for the finance minister to come and present on behalf of the president,...

So like I said when you look at the figure allocated to the ministry, when the finance minister read the budget statement and the total which includes the GHc800, 0000 it tallies.

So if it was inadvertent and it was an error, it means it's an error that started from the ministry, went to finance, went thru budget hearing, went thru cabinet, came back to finance, was presented on the floor of parliament, went to finance committee and I am told,..my checks suggest that at the committee only two of the ministry have to meet the committee twice,..which is this ministry and ministry of social development,..they've to come twice and the two occasions that they were before the committee the Ghc 800,000 was there,..they stood by the Ghc800,000

THE AIRBUS SCANDAL WILL IN NO WAY AFFECT JOHN MAHAMA RE-ELECTION-koku Anyidoho

Albert Kan Dapaah Jnr, the only contender in the Ablekuma West New Patriotic Party parliamentary primaries, failed to clear the first hurdle in his bid to unseat the incumbent Member of Parliament, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful. The party’s regional executives failed Mr Kan Dapaah Jnr, who had earlier alleged that constituency executives were playing hide and seek with nomination forms. In February, Mr Kan Dapaah, who is the son of the National Security Minister, vowed to unseat the incumbent MP, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, as the party’s parliamentary candidate in the constituency.  But he cited foul play after he was allegedly left stranded at the party’s constituency office on February 5, 2020, when he arrived to pick up nomination forms to contest the primaries.
